She has a variety of animals, flowers, and mandala's all in one coloring book. I can't wait to see what she come up with next! I recommend this book to anyone who loves to color in adult coloring books. I believe even pre-teens and teens would enjoy coloring in this book. Paper quality could be improved. I have jumped into the adult coloring craze and am really enjoying it. I received this book and the contents are beautiful, but the paper seems pretty thin to me. I believe I will have to reserve it for colored pencils only, as I am skeptical the paper would stand up to watercolor pencils or even gel pens or markers. I haven’t used it yet, so maybe my judgement is premature, but in flipping through the pages, that is my first impression. Just consider carefully your planned medium for use in this one. Beautiful designs, though.Lots of Challenging Designs Lots of beautiful, quality pages to color. Great detailed designs. Be sure to have your pencils sharpened to a perfect point for the tiny areas!Very Detailed & Intricate Very cool adult coloring book with a huge variety of different animals. Most of the art is very intricate and highly detailed and will keep you busy for HOURS and hours.I don't think kids would do to well with this one for that reason. I use both colored pencils and occasionally acrylic paint and both work well on the paper stock. Sometimes the designs in this book are even a little too intricate, and when I'm not in a mood to be really precise, I use other styles. But the artwork in this coloring book is really amazing and the results when you finish one can be really amazing! I love all the wild animals and foliage :)

In the past, my wife had seen success on keto, but the challenge was always trying to not get tired of packing and eating cubed cheeses, baggies of almonds, and such. It was challenging to make keto a sustainable diet for the long term. She's a type II diabetic, so long term is suitable for her. I wanted to support her and go along with it, but I didn't want to commit to something that would be so limited. I read the reviews for this book saying that the recipes weren't 100% exactly keto all the time and thought, "Who cares? If it basically allows us to set it and forget it, we can have peace of mind that we are doing better than we have previously been doing!" Plus, it allows us to keep using our Instant Pot that we love to use all the time anyway. Why not?We started on January 5th and today (1/23/19), I weighed in down 25 lbs and she weighed in down 17 lbs. We are able to eat our basic keto friendly breakfasts and light lunches, then these protein rich dinners that the kids also devour! That's a total win!I have to recommend the Sinfully Delicious Cheeseburger Soup (don't forget to add a little mustard to your bowl when you serve it. It's delicious!).

Thanks to Mr. Gave I lost three hours of sleep because I couldn't put it down until I finished the book. I'm adding it to my top ten sports books.
